Couple of additional resident events:
1. Cigars by the Pool
2. Card Games/Poker Night
3. 100 Top Movies (once/twice a week resident event)
4. Watch local sales flyers for sales -- lots of good retention gifts.
5. Gardening groups
6. Contract with local gyms or fitness teachers for onsite yoga, aerobics, or martial arts (LIHTC can be tricky if you accept payment).

Those are some great ideas Will! Thanks for adding! I really like the martial arts one. I bet if you have a resident who is good at it, they might even be willing to step up and teach
