As most of you out there already know, I've recently launched my own consulting and speaking company, Behind The Leasing Desk Consulting Services. Wooo hooo!  As I start through this process, I'm building my consulting page, and one of the new online services I'll be hosting there is a weekly advice column.  That's where you come in.  I need an inbox FLOODED with your problems or requests for help.  Each week, I'll pick a letter and post it and the reply to it.  It's kind of like writing Dear Abby, but Abby works in property management.  I want to hear your requests for help with difficult units (send pictures please!), career issues, conflict problems, office drama, closing issues, marketing madness, and all the other things that might be weighing on your mind.  And don't worry, the email address and identifying information of the sender is kept totally confidential!  By the way, it's free, and if you're "ashamed" or "embarrassed" about your question, I was told once that in a class of 100 people, if one person has a question, 9 other people have the same question and won't ask it.  Be the lone voice that asks.  Consider it a public service.
